Every Tuesday morning & Thursday evening, at Carlile Institute, join a dynamic vinyasa yoga class based on the Ashtanga Primary Series – with a classical twist.
We will explore standing & seated poses, balances, twists & core work - plus the all important calming breath work.
Modifications (options) are offered so you can work safely to your own level.
Suitable for beginner to intermediate level.
Monica is an accredited yoga teacher (RYT 200 hrs) & has been practicing for over 25 years.
TUESDAYS @ 10 - 11 am (from 9th September)
THURSDAYS @ 6.30 - 7.30 pm (ongoing)
